Garden Center Sales Associate (full-time or part-time)
Responsibilities:
- 15 – 25 (part-time) hours per week, including some nights and weekends
- 35 – 45 (full-time) hours per week, including some nights and weekends.
- Unload and stock plant material
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
- Assist Garden Center manager with pricing and merchandising
- Assist customers with loading product
- Work in ALL weather conditions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
- Attention to detail.
- Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints.
